FAQ

How do I RSVP?

RSVP has closed! Thank you for your replies. If you need to change anything please contact one of us.

Please RSVP here on our website! Type in the name from your invitation and it will populate. You only need to RSVP for the reception!

Where is the wedding taking place?

All of our wedding events will be at one location! Stonebridge Country Club in Smithtown, NY (Long Island).

What time is the ceremony? What time is the reception?

Our ceremony will begin at 630pm. Guests are welcome to start arriving at 6pm for a champagne welcome. The ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour from 7-8pm, and then reception from 8-midnight.

What is the dress code? What should I wear?

The wedding is semi-formal, so we encourage you to wear cocktail attire.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outside on the lawn. Our cocktail hour and reception will be held inside with plenty of space outside for fresh air on a warm Summer night.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Sorry our room block is currently full! We will check back over the next few weeks to see if we can add more, so please let us know if you are looking to be added to the block. Don’t worry - you don’t have to be in the block to take the shuttle!

We have a room block at the Hyatt Regency Long Island for 13 and 14 June 2023. Our room block code is G-SSAL.

Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venue?

We are providing shuttle service to and from the Hyatt Regency Long Island all night. There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving. Keep in mind that we share the parking lot with the golf course and there may be more people in the lot at the starting time. Uber/Lyft are always a great option. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink.

Can I bring my kids?

No. We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! This is an adult only occasion so please plan ahead. The only kids in attendance will be those in the wedding party. If you need help finding a sitter, please let us know and we will provide you with recommendations.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

We’ll be serving a variety of foods during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious dinner, and of course dessert. No need to pre-pick your dinner option, you'll do that night of!

Will there be an open bar?

Tonight's drinks are free and tomorrow's stories will be priceless!
